We believe that training is pivotal to our ongoing success. We have grown organically by promoting from within. The success of this approach is evident with two of our board members being products of the apprenticeship scheme.

The company has spent over twenty years building relationships with local schools and colleges. Our continued investment in apprenticeship schemes ensure the future skills required to achieve our long-term growth plans are embedded in our organisation. We now employ over 15 Mechanical and Electrical apprentices and will look to improve upon this average from September 2024 and beyond.
