About

Making buildings work

We offer a complete turnkey operation on multi-million pound projects, with design, mechanical, electrical and public health contracting services, all in-house.  Without heating, lighting, ventilation, power and other vital services, buildings just won’t work. We design and install the right systems for each construction project, completing jobs on time and within budget.  Our clients, which are mainly major UK Construction Companies, trust us to deliver excellence.

We have been delivering projects of the highest quality for our clients since 1996. Our head office is based in Canterbury, Kent and we currently employ around 100 members of staff.  With a wealth of experience to draw upon, our reputation for excellence is achieved by continuous improvement, focused goals, willingness to adapt and our ongoing desire for learning.  The vast majority of our turnover is repeat business or recommendations from our existing client base. Our partnered relationship with key members of the supply chain is fundamental to our ongoing success.

Safety first

Health and safety is our top priority.  Adopting a robust approach to workplace health and safety is key to keeping our employees safe.

Our in-house Health and Safety team ensure that all staff are fully trained. Regular safety meetings, regular training events and daily ‘Toolbox-talks’ ensure our site operatives are acutely aware of the hazards faced on individual projects and, more importantly, how to take corrective actions to avoid accidents before they happen. All Managers are SMSTS trained and all operatives hold CSCS cards. All project supervisors are SMSTS and First Aid Trained.

Halsion partners with its subcontractors, clients and suppliers to develop the same awareness and adopt the highest standard on all projects we undertake together.

Halsion encourages subcontractors, clients and suppliers to develop the same awareness and observe good codes of practice on all projects we undertake together.
