Highpoint, which consists of a 47-storey tower block and adjacent 7 storey terrace CLT building, is the largest longterm rental development in the capital. The £107m build project consisted of 278 homes for private rent and 179 low cost homes for rent and shared ownership. Halsion was employed to carry out all MEP services within the residential development, inclusive of the prefabricated utility cupboards manufactured at Halsion’s prefabrication unit in Kent.
The project was a traditional contract in which Halsion worked very closely with the Principle Contractor’s Consultant to execute a superbly designed and installed residential project. This fantastic development has helped deliver the Mayor’s vision for future living in London – a completely new type of rental offer in the London market, and we are proud to have played our part.
